Since February 2008 you can study at the Sydney campus of Meridian International Hotel School. Located a short walk from Central Train Station in the inner city suburb of Surry Hills, the school is situated in a heritage listed building that has been redesigned as a hospitality training facility.

The Melbourne Campus of Meridian International Hotel School is in an historic building in the city centre, located opposite Federation Square and Flinders Street train station.
