My name is Antonio Nikolik and I’m from Macedonia. Studying Hospitality is about passion. The feeling of having happy customers is just great. About the life in Sydney I would say that it’s perfect. Having the opportunity to meet so many different cultures and religions is a really important fact to understand life definition. Meridian International Hotel School is a brand new facility with 4 kitchens at the cost of $2M. The staff are friendly and very helpful when ever we have any questions. Being a part of Meridian International Hotel School is an honour and a pleasure.

Why I chose this school?
I came to know that it has its own reputation. It is one of the good hotel schools in Sydney. Because we are doing cookery we get more time to do practicals in the kitchen. Kitchens are well equipped and clean. Staff are always helpful, ready to help inside the class room or outside the classroom. They use easy language, do not use slang. I feared when I came here but I found it interesting and easy to adapt. People are friendly and ready to accept us.

Hi, I am in 7th term at Meridian International Hotel School in Melbourne. It is really a good school. I enjoy studying and cooking here. Our head chef is really good and always motivates me. Then Melbourne is a really good city, friendly people good climate and good atmosphere. At present I am working in campus group in (MEDIREST). It is an aged Care facility. I work as a cook there. My future plan is to become a good Hospitality Management Manager and earn more money.
