The Meridian International Hotel School employs experienced, professional trainers and instructors to provide hands-on training and skills sought after by hospitality employers.
MARCUS GILDON
has over 15 years experience as a chef. He has worked in both New Zealand and Australia gaining the prestigious position of Executive Chef for many large 5 Star Hotels. He is also a qualified Butcher. Marcus is our Head Chef and responsible for running many of the schools special events and functions. He also is a mentor to many of our high achieving students.
GAYLENE HOSKIN
has more than 15 years experience in Professional Cookery and Management. Her achievements cover Restaurant Owner Operator, Events Manager and Professional Corporate and Personal Caterer to name just a few. She has also been very successful in the area of charity, raising over $1,000,000.00 through her concepts and designs. She is responsible for training in the area of Commercial Cookery.
SCOTT ROBERTSON
has over 15 years experience in the area of Hospitality Operations. He is a dynamic and proactive leader who is focussed on training and business development in the services industry. He has owned and managed many well known and established restaurants and bars around Melbourne. He trains in the area of Hospitality Management where he passionately creates future leaders within the industry.
BRIAN COULTHARD
has over 20 years experience as a chef, reaching the prestigious position of Head Chef for many organisations. He has worked in busy Hotel kitchens, as well as large catered events around Melbourne and Victoria.
He describes himself as “having an absolute passion for food and loves sharing his passion with other food lovers”. He is able to inspire our students in both the areas of Commercial Cookery and Patisserie.
PRAVEEN KAUSHAL
has worked in the industry for over 15 years as a Pastry Chef. He has worked for many 5 Star Hotels in India and Middle East. He is committed to reaching the highest professional level within the industry by consistently providing quality products. He is inspiring the students in the area of Patisserie.
