Ujjal Kant
It is with great pleasure that the Meridian International Hotel School acknowledge and welcome Ujjal (Uj) Kant into the Hall of Fame. Uj is a Hospitality Student studying Commercial Cookery.
The IPO recognises both his consistent and ongoing commitment to his work placement and to the local industry, whilst maintaining an exemplary record at school. Uj has certainly set a high benchmark for his peers to follow. He makes himself available to employers and is regularly requested to fill vacancies for them. He is well regarded for his reliability, punctuality and ability to work autonomously and for his proactive and hands on approach.
We congratulate him as he sets sail on his journey to a vibrant and successful professional life!

The IPO would like to acknowledge a student who voluntarily wanted to assist the IPO to ensure new students and new arrivals to our country receive a positive and accurate message about the importance of the IPO, its services to the student community to ensure that new students understand how vital it is to be on the front foot about their employment endeavours and the importance placed on resumes and cover letters in gaining industry exposure.
We would clearly like to thank, acknowledge and recognise Gaurav Garg a student in Commercial Cookery who immediately realised the importance of such an approach to industry and work.
We certainly would like to thank him for his participation throughout the Orientation process and we wish him well in his future endeavours.
Manpreet Singh Tuli
It is with great pleasure that we announce Manpreet Singh Tuli’s induction into the Meridian International School Industry Placement Office Hall of Fame.
Manpreet Singh Tuliis a Hospitality Student studying Commercial Cookery.
The IPO recognises both his consistent and ongoing commitment to his work placement and to the local industry, whilst maintaining an exemplary record at school. Within a very short space of time Manpreet has invaluable experience within large corporate catering companies such as Black Tie Catering and Peter Rowland. He has also recently acquired both his fully accredited Victorian Gaming Licence and Responsible Serving of Gaming Certificate that will certainly ensure his ongoing employment viability. He is well regarded for his reliability, punctuality and ability to work autonomously and for his proactive and hands on approach.
