This program is internationally recognised as part of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). You will receive Certificate III of Hospitality (Patisserie) on successful completion of the program.
Program duration 40 weeks or 4 terms covering the following subjects:
Term 1: Hygiene and Safety; Introduction to Hospitality; Training Others; People and Work; Maintenance and Stock.
Term 2: Introduction to Cooking, Food Safety, Desserts, Espresso Coffee.
Term 3: Cooking Methods; Introduction to Patissiers; Organise Catering.
Term 4: Cakes; Desserts 2; Petit Fours; Monitor Operations.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
