This program is internationally recognised as part of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). You will receive Certificate IV of Hospitality (Supervision) on successful completion of the program.
Program duration 40 weeks or 4 terms covering the following subjects:
Term 1: Hygiene and Safety; Introduction to Hospitality; Training Others; People and Work; Maintenance and Stock.
Term 2: Food and Beverage Service; Food and Beverage Knowledge; Espresso Coffee; Beverage Service.
Term 3: Beverage Service 2; Advance Safety and Security; Monitor Operations.
Term 4: Work Operations; Leadership in the Workplace; Budgeting.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
You must complete 28 units of competency successfully to obtain this qualification. The units of competency are comprised of:
