Bistro M Grand Opening

Bistro M, Highpoint Shopping Centre’s newest flagship restaurant had its Grand Opening and put on a special cocktail reception held on Wednesday 14 May 2008.

Following an upgrade and re-branding of its current facilities, Bistro M promises to deliver an improved dining experience thanks to our new chef and menu.

Bistro M staff are fully trained at one of Australia’s premier hotel schools, Meridian International Hotel School (MIHS). Bistro M is owned and operated by MIHS.
