Bring a Mate - Terms and Conditions

1. The BAM program is only open to full fee paying students enrolled at the Meridian International Hotel School (Melbourne And Sydney Campus)
2. The BAM program and the points stated do not apply in any circumstances where agent's fees are payable in respect to the enrolment of the introduced student.
3. When you graduate from or withdraw from or leave Meridian International Hotel School, you are no longer eligible for the BAM program. Any unclaimed BAM points expire when you stop studying at Meridian International Hotel School. You must be a registered member of the BAM program to be eligible for BAM points. To register complete the online BAM Application form or complete a BAM Application Form and give it to the Marketing and Recruitment Team at your campus.
4. For you to earn points under the BAM program, ensure to include “BAM” along with your full name and student ID No. at Question No. 6 (“Agent Details”) on the Meridian International Hotel School Application for Admission form.
5. Your Meridian International Hotel School tuition fees must be up to date for you to be eligible to claim BAM points and your friend or family member, who you nominated in the Application for Admission form, must have received a Letter of Offer to either the Melbourne or Sydney campus of Meridian International Hotel, accepted the offer, paid the required tuition fees and commenced their studies. This program and the points stated do not apply in any circumstances where agent's fees are payable in respect to the enrolment of the introduced student.
6.  BAM points cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
7. If you redeem your points for a gift voucher or tuition fee scholarship through the BAM program, you must sign a release form acknowledging receipt at the time you receive the voucher or scholarship. Once you sign the release form, Meridian International Hotel School is absolved of the responsibility for the item claimed. If any loss, damage or cancellation fees are incurred after the release letter has be signed, you are responsible for the loss, damage and cancellation fee.
8.  If Meridian International Hotel School becomes liable to you for any breach of these rules, Meridian International Hotel School will use all reasonable endeavours to rectify that breach. To the extent permitted by law, Meridian International Hotel School otherwise excludes all liability to you in contract, tort or otherwise and will not be liable to you for any special, consequential or indirect loss.
9. Meridian International Hotel School may terminate the BAM program at anytime on 6 months' written notice to you. Any unclaimed points at the end of this time will expire.
